Thoughts
I record almost all of my sermons. Sometimes I forget the recorder at home. Sometimes I forget to switch it on.
I record them for myself. I listen to my own sermons as a way of maintaining some consistency over the course of Sundays past and present. It also helps me become aware of hobby horses and themes I have ridden too long and too hard. It's not always a comfortable experience.
Over time I have built up a small but vocal "virtual congregation" who listen at a distance, or listen again after each sermon. One has pointed out the advantages of being able to listen in their pyjamas with coffee and biscuits, free to heckle loudly and often. This should not be underestimated. Everyone else only gets coffee and biscuits afterwards, and they seldom heckle.
I will post my sermon each week, as well as references to the passages in the Bible that I have used. Some weeks I preach more than one sermon, some weeks not at all. Feast or famine, but which is which is up to you.
The audio player on this website needs you to be online to hear me out. Should you wish to go out and about with my voice in your ears, I suggest you drop me an email so that I can add you to a weekly email list who will be sent the audio file in the WMA format.

I've been asked by a number of people to leave my sermons on here for longer. Being nice, and accommodating, I'm obliging, and will post more later.
_Advent Sunday 2011 (Isaiah 64.1-9 Mark 13.24-37)
Exploring hope and expectation.
I didn't record the first minute or so. I was prefacing the sermon with comments on soap opera cliffhangers.
